I Haven’t Received My Ticket
Wether you have just purchased, or on the bank of your favourite fishery, here’s how to locate your tickets.
If you have not yet received your ticket(s) after purchasing and have waited a minimum of 4 hours, follow these instructions:
- Check the Junk Mail folder of the account you used to purchase.
- Confirm the ticket order was processed correctly in your account area. To do that: Login to Day Ticket, Find Your Order Here and Click ‘View’. If the order’s status is set to ‘Completed’. If the order is not available to view, then it hasn’t been completed, please repeat the order. If the order is visible, but you have another order status, continue to next step:
- Assuming you are already logged in, Review Your Account Details Here. If your email address is incorrect and you have followed the instructions above, please contact us using the methods on this page.
On The Bank
Has the bailiff come around and you can’t find your tickets inside your inbox? You can always locate them in your Account section of the Day Ticket website. To do that: Login to Day Ticket, Find Your Order Here and Click ‘View’. This will act as an alternative booking confirmation.
